Celia Greenwood

Dr. Celia Greenwood is Senior Investigator at the Lady Davis Institute of the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, QC, Canada, and James McGill Professor at McGill University. She is a statistician whose research domain is the development and application of statistical methodology for analysis of genetic and genomic data. Her PhD in Biostatistics is from the University of Toronto (1998); she was promoted to Full Professor at McGill University in 2017. She was the 2019 President of the International Genetic Epidemiology Society (www.geneticepi.org), and is co-Director of the Ludmer Centre for Neuroinformatics and Mental Health at McGill University (ludmercentre.ca), and also Graduate Program Director for the PhD program in Quantitative Life Sciences at McGill University. She has contributed to over 175 peer-reviewed publications, some collaborative, and some methodological with over 14,000 citations.
